I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on Calicut highway inside the forest area was absolutely breathtaking. It provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping ensuring that my every need was taken care of. The room amenities were also impressive, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed me to stay connected, and the soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful and private experience. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area with garden furniture, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while taking in the stunning views.
I highly recommend this hotel to others.

The location of Sandalo Castle Resorts is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by picturesque tea estates. It's a perfect getaway for nature lovers. The food served at the resort is delicious and the amenities are well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond, taking us on a local sightseeing tour. Additionally, the resort is conveniently located just 6km away from Gudalur junction.
One drawback was the swimming pool, as only one out of the three pools was usable. The main pool, which was heavily advertised, had no water.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful tea estates and offers stunning views of the mountains. The landscaping is well developed and stylish. the hotel organizes evening programs, which are engaging and have good swimming pools and play areas.
The internet and mobile signals are weak, and the food menu is limited. Rooms and bathrooms could be bigger, and some rooms can be quite warm in the summer.

the lush greenery and the cool breeze lifted our spirits. the staff was courteous and went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. We especially loved being able to take advantage of the beautiful pool and games for kids.
The lack of facilities for tea and coffee early in the morning was quite inconvenient. there weren't many options for dining nearby, which made it difficult to grab a quick meal.
